This Roundtable involved sharing thoughts on the questions detailed below and engaging in a discussion.
Program
The roundtable covered the following critical questions:
- Australia’s economy is bouncing back strongly from the pandemic, but will it ever be the same?
- What will Australia’s future economy look like? How can we drive future growth and prosperity? Will we need to be more self reliant? How will supply chain efficiency and resilience evolve? Will workers demand something different? What about our cities?
- What role should the government be playing? Does the government need to play a bigger role? Are the days of fiscal restraint over?
